Multipure water filters are available only through their dealer network.  The distribution is multi-level marketing, but the filters are of premium quality.  Multipure carbon block filters are certified to reduce more common contaminants than any other carbon block water filter. Multipure's parent company, Carbon Block Technology Inc., also produces carbon block water filters with the same performance as the Multipure brand but the replacement filters are not interchangeable.  Carbon Block Technology Inc. aslo produces carbon block filters in a range of sizes for other companies who then brand the filters themselves.
